Rachel Donadio

Visiting Lecturer in the Humanities Council; Ferris Professor of Journalism (Fall 2020)

Rachel Donadio is a contributing writer at The Atlantic. Based in Paris since 2013, she covers politics and culture across Europe with a focus on populism, migration, feminism and the history of ideas. She previously served as European culture correspondent and Rome bureau chief for The New York Times, and as a writer and editor at the Times Book Review. She has interviewed heads of state and cultural figures and appears regularly on TV and radio in the United States and Europe.
