Journalist Elizabeth Kolbert — author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning book, “The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History” — will discuss the human-driven loss of species with Princeton’s Stephen Pacala, the Frederick D. Petrie Professor in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and the future of a society without wild animals, plants and places. A public reception and book signing will follow in the Prospect House Garden Room.
