Michael Calderone is a senior editor at Vanity Fair’s Hive, a news site that covers power across politics, media, technology and business. He previously reported for more than a decade on political media and the news industry for Politico, HuffPost and the New York Observer, and he has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, NY1, PBS and NPR. Calderone has also received the National Press Club’s Rowse Press Criticism Award for his reporting. This is his second time teaching in the journalism program.
